People join the institutions and with the passage of time part from it, but the institution stays. The Indian judiciary as a whole is an institution evolved by established practices & nourished values by various legal luminaries. When you speak of judiciary you can’t distinguish Bar & Bench as every judgment delivered by a Judge is a work of Judge or Judges seating on Bench and the advocates who argue before the bench in respect of cause for which judgment is given. It is necessary to see that these practices & values do not erode.

Literature and guidance will be provided by this website to develop mental faculties of judges & advocates to interpret the law, distinguish facts, place before the court admissible facts, bring before the court the truth by weapon of cross examination & assist the court in appreciation of evidence by picking up grains and throwing away the chaff. The end result of the process should be pure justice which will 100 percent correctly recognize the culprits from innocent, injunct the wrong doer & protect the righteous.
